Ex: women seem to think I need time off when I have a baby? I own my own gym and work my own schedule..why would I not work?! Lol they tell me not to lift.. My body is used to squatting 275 and deadlifting 295 or 275 for reps..why can’t I hold these 12 lbs dumb bells again? Lol
I’m pregnant..I already eat like crap bc my hormones are all over..no way am I being lazy with the little energy I got! Lol

Today has been blah lol I don’t feel sick but I don’t feel good :( it is horrible to be in between lol I’d rather just be sick bc walking through Home Depot and realizing half way that you don’t feel well and need to go home ASAP is a crappy feeling.
I have my first dr appointment Monday! I’m excited to see this lil guy who is living inside me..or lil girl.
I hate workout!! Never thought I’d say it but training to me is fun. And to push my limits is something I really enjoy…now..I barely can breathe and have so many limitations :( the baby has really taken my passion away…I know once I feel him/her move I will be more excited but for a fitness junkie…it had been a struggle :/

Pregnancy is kicking my butt! Finally not sick any more but my relationship with food is ridiculous! Lol As someone who likes to be in control my body has taught me I don’t have always have control like I think. From repairing my metabolism which was a long and horrible process to now being pregnant where my eating has no normalcy; I have definitely realized I have no control! Lol I’m about 14-15 weeks gained about 6 lbs so far.
I lift once a week but this week going to try for twice a week. And lately have done no cardio so will try to add some walks in this week. :) but it is nice to see my metabolism is now strong enough to handle the lack of working out and food I’ve been eating and I have no gained a ton of weight.
3 onion bagels with cream cheese for breakfast and I’m still hungry..I have never been this hungry!!! Lol going to take my mind off food :/
